Joint-Stock Company’s " Ekskomisaru biuras " highly- experienced employees design, install and perform maintenance of security and fire-protection systems and video control and movements systems. Depending on a system design, the appropriate system responses to a motion, sound, door and window opening, glass breakage, wall destruction, water leakage, drop in voltage, etc.

The object central alarm control panel (Main line)
The Main line is the basic signalling device which receives and processes signals received from various sensors, turns on and off signalling devices; depending on received signals, issues alarm message and transfers it to the central alarm control panel.
The Control panel (keyboard)
The Control panel is to control the security system. The security system can be turned on/off by the keyboard, entering certain digital codes.
Motion sensor
In case of the motion sensor activation, it sends the appropriate signal to the security system main line if the sensor covering zone is being crossed by a moving object.
Glass breakage sensor
This device sends the appropriate signal in case of breakage of glass. It responses to the sound of broken glass sending the alarm signal to the security system main line.
Siren
The following two types of signalling devices may be installed in apartments: internal and external sirens. In most cases the internal siren shall be installed in apartments and both internal and external sirens shall be installed in houses/cottages. The siren is installed to warn of the premises’ perimeter encroachment.
Magnetic sensor
This device shall be installed for protection of various sliding constructions s ( windows, doors, gates). When security system is activated, the appropriate sliding devices is being opened and the sensor sends the appropriate signal to the central security panel
Systems of video control
Systems of video control are becoming more and more popular with clients. More clients would like watching and recording the events they are interested in. Systems of video control are installed in the objects where visual information of events occurred in the protected objects is required.
In case of actuation of security system of the protected object a company’s " Ekskomisaru biuras " rapid response team shall immediately arrive to the protected object and in case of criminal encroachment on your dwelling or property, it shall operatively take actions necessary for elimination of such encroachment and detention of persons who have taken such actions. If Joint-Stock Company " Ekskomisaru biuras "has failed to fulfill its contractual obligations in case of theft, we shall cover your property losses.
Children are at home alone, you are afraid of leaving your home in the evening and staying in your court yard? If suspicious persons breaking your rest are noticed closed to your dwelling, you can use the “SOS Call" service - the simplified way of calling rapid response team.
In case of an accident when you are calling emergency service, you are obligated to provide information about the accident, where to arrive, your name and surname, telephone No. and more additional information. However, it could be considerably difficult for any person being stressed or scared. Therefore we have developed a service " SOS Call " - the simplified calling the rapid response team. After having made a call to central security panel of "Ekskomisaru biuras " the information on a calling person, his/her place of residence, access to its plan, location map and any additional information (if any) is being provided automatically. There will be an immediate response because in emergency situation no time should be lost. This service becomes more and more popular with owners of private houses, residents of the town suburbs, garden societies where assistance provision is especially complicated because there are no names of streets, a lot of traffic problems, etc. Also this service is popular with families with young children and women whose husbands can act violently. In case of alarm signal the rapid response team shall immediately leave for the house or place specified in the appropriate agreement to provide required aid. It will detain suspicious persons or persons guilty in damages occurred and call special service if necessary.
If the security alarm system has been installed it is possible to programme an alarm button operating in the same mode as "SOS Call ".

For purpose of premises security UAB " Ekskomisaru biuras " introduces a new product of a series "Be calm" - the mobile security solution, an electronic trap that can be ready for operating in 5 minutes. E-trap uses 220 V voltage. If power is cut off the e-trap will be protecting your object within 7 days operating in the mode of autonomous power supply. A large advantage of the new product is related to its installation - it is not necessary to spoil any interior, lay wires, or drill holes.
There was no any other simpler way to feel safe as the e-trap.
The e-trap is a small magic box with two motion sensors that can be used for protection of a single premises or entrance zone: living room, hall, the premises for storing valuables.
E-trap can be used very easily. Upon leaving home one needs to make a call from one’s mobile telephone to the main line of a e-trap, and after three sound signals the system shall be automatically activated. On getting back home the system shall be disconnected by the telephone call made from mobile phone. The E-trap shall response to your telephone numbers only (up to 30 numbers can be stored for one device). It is important to note that the call connecting and disconnecting the system is free.
